Shipping

Orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada within 2 business days of purchase.

At checkout, you’ll be able to choose from multiple shipping options, including standard and expedited services. Delivery times and costs depend on the option selected.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable duties, customs fees, or import taxes. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be paid separately to your local customs authority.

Warranty

All watches come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in major components:

• Movement

• Leather strap

• Case

• Dial

The warranty does not cover:

• Scratched or broken glass

• Cosmetic wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

If you need to make a warranty claim, email us at hello@northandunder.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We’ll arrange for a replacement or repair depending on the situation.
