Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@northandunder.com with your order number and reason for return.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and offer you either a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping charges. Please include photos of the issue when reaching out so we can resolve it quickly.

Change of Mind

If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days. In this case:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging

  • Return shipping is at your own expense

  • Original shipping charges are not refunded

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
